James is a director and choreographer specializing in youth musical theatre, committed to developing confident, expressive performers through strong storytelling, movement, and collaboration. With extensive experience in educational theatre, assistant directing, stage management, and live event leadership, James creates organized, inclusive rehearsal spaces that support both artistic growth and production excellence. Passionate about guiding young artists from first rehearsal to final performance with clarity, creativity, and professionalism. James currently works for the Greater Ocean City Theatre Company as a director/choreographer, and is head of the drama program at Ocean City Intermediate School.
